Senior RF Engineer

Summary In this role, you will work in project teams covering a variety of applications spanning FIRST RF's five technology divisions to investigate customer needs, design prototypes, and build products that require both creativity and attention-to-detail. These cutting-edge technologies include phased-array systems, millimeter wave active antennas, and advanced signal detection technologies designed for both government and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities Within your first year, lead projects of small multidisciplinary teams Prepare and present technical material for customers Interface directly with customers Guide the work of your teams to ensure successful project completion Lead and mentor junior engineers
