We are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager to support our Product Development activities. This role will focus on our Actions Brands portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the execution process of the products under development. This includes risk mitigation, planning, monitoring, and recovery.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and reports the overall status, red flags and escalation needed to the manager and team members.
- Work with all internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the project execution is according to plan as well as recovery plan when needed.
- Drive and facilitate discussion for resolution and closure of issues among stakeholders.
- Coordinate & participate to Topline milestone meetings / team reviews and follow up with the teams to resolve issues raised in the meetings.
- Act as communication hub for all development & delivery information with inside & outside stakeholders.
- Maintain and continuously improve milestone / highlight / management reports and ensure data is accurate in systems.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree holder in business or technical area. Project Management Certification is a plus
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product development and/or project management
- Good communication skills. Able to work in a fast-evolving environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Good project management and organizational skills to manage resources and meet deadlines
- Good command in written and oral English & oral Mandarin.
