Sr. Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

Leads instrumentation and control system quality surveillance, contractor monitoring, inspection review, and technical coordination Key Responsibilities: Lead inspection and quality monitoring of instrumentation and control systems. Review contractor / subcontractor ITPs, method statements, inspection records, and test certificates. Supervise installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning-related inspection activities. Verify quality records, traceability, and compliance with drawings and specifications. Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and discipline engineers. Raise NCRs and submit senior-level inspection and quality reports. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Automation Engineering or equivalent. Electrical qualification is desirable. Minimum 15 years of experience in instrumentation works within oil & gas / petrochemical projects. Strong experience in PLC, DCS, automation systems, testing, inspection, and quality control. Excellent knowledge of international standards, QA/QC systems, and project documentation. Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office / discipline-specific software.
