About the role
Teamwork makes the stream work.
Roku is changing how the world watches TV
Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and we've set our sights on powering every television in the world. Roku pioneered streaming to the TV. Our mission is to be the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. We connect consumers to the content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers unique capabilities to engage consumers.
From your first day at Roku, you'll make a valuable - and valued - contribution. We're a fast-growing public company where no one is a bystander. We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.
What does the team work on?
Roku Ads Manager is Roku’s answer to the growing and diversified demand for CTV advertising. Our self-serve ad platform entered General Availability (GA) in September 2024 and has picked up major momentum. Our Ads Manager team is small, gritty, and focused on building the best streaming ad platform in the market. We move fast, pivot quickly, and work hard. We rally around decisions, challenge assumptions, and push the limits on what advertising can do for growth marketers, performance agencies, and any other business interested in making the big screen work for their brands’ objectives.
What is the role?
We’re looking for a Product Solutions Lead to bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and the practical needs of our clients and go-to-market teams. You’ll demo our platform, provide strategic, performance-led campaign recommendations, and ensure operational excellence.
Our Product Solutions Lead will work closely with Sales to identify customer needs, demonstrate platform capabilities, and ensure our ad tech aligns with what clients actually need. This technically focused, in-market role combines deep ad tech expertise, strong communication skills, and sharp problem-solving to help clients get the most out of Roku Ads Manager. The role has a particular focus on our Political Sales team, maximizing value as this segment migrates from linear to connected TV, while also supporting needs across other verticals.
This role spans pre-sale and post-sale: helping close new business and optimizing existing accounts. You’ll lead demos, own technical support (pixels, API, third-party measurement, interactive ads, and more), and build playbooks for customers. You’ll also own sales enablement, technical objection handling, and competitive analysis, all while ensuring market feedback is synthesized and actionable, driving our platform forward.
Success in this role requires deep ad tech knowledge, excellent communication skills, a passion for critical thinking, and a drive to understand both the backend mechanics and frontline execution of new features. You’ll be an individual contributor working cross-functionally to ensure clients are maximizing their performance on our platform, with no feature out of reach. The role is fast-paced and operates in a high-growth area, requiring autonomy and adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $155,300 - $178,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
How will I use AI at Roku?
At Roku, we don’t just use AI, we work with it. AI agents and smart tools help power drafts, analysis, and repetitive workflows, while our people bring direction, judgment, and accountability.
We value curious, adaptable builders, who can show how they’ve used AI, agents, or automation to move faster, improve quality, and scale their impact. Strong candidates know how to frame problems, guide AI-assisted work, check the output, and learn quickly. Above all, they bring curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment.
What are the responsibilities of the role?
- Sales Enablement & Training: Equip Sales with the training and resources to understand the platform and communicate its value. Serve as the internal bridge between sales and product, ensuring both sides are aligned on customer requirements and platform capabilities.
- Technical Consultation: Act as a technical advisor for both customers and internal teams, offering guidance on integration strategies, platform functionalities, and optimal use of any/all features. You’ll be the expert in the “what” and “why” and “how-to” for all things performance
- Platform Demos: Lead tailored platform demos that showcase the value and capabilities of Roku Ads Manager, customized to each client’s specific needs and goals.
- Pre-Sale Strategy: Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs, propose aligned solutions, and prepare technical documentation covering product features, architecture, and integrations.
- Post-Sale Support: Ensure clients successfully adopt the product. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support as needed.
- Market Feedback: Collect, aggregate, and channel customer feedback into product enhancements and roadmap planning.
- Competitive Positioning: Stay current on the CTV self-serve landscape and develop competitive positioning to help our teams win in market.

- Highly collaborative and flexible work style, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs
