Senior Instructional System Designer

This is a senior-level opportunity to shape high-quality learning experiences supporting mission-critical technology initiatives within the U.S. Federal Government ecosystem. You will lead the analysis, design, development, delivery, and deployment of learning assets across classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments. The role combines instructional design expertise with experiential learning, modern authoring tools, accessibility, and AI-enabled development practices. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to turn complex information into effective learning solutions. As a senior contributor, you will help establish quality standards, guide development teams, and manage multiple priorities through the full learning lifecycle.
