Job Function Statement: (overall job purpose and benefit to the operation) Leader of teaching team in the early childhood classroom. Responsible for the overall development and implementation of the education program in the classroom to keep the classroom compliant with state licensing requirements, STARS regulations , and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
