Assist Computing Support and Printing Services staff in instructing and assisting patrons with the use of computers and peripherals. Assist the Computing Support and Printing Services classified staff in instructing and assisting patrons with the use of computers and peripherals, printers, photocopiers and microform readers. Assist in providing information about department services in person and on the telephone. Operate a cash register and perform print card transactions. Assist in replenishing supplies and basic maintenance of computers, printing and copying equipment.
