Kitchen Worker Full Time

This regular full-time position performs a variety of tasks that support the operations of Dining Service. Full-time, which includes Saturday and Sunday The shift will be determined by the hiring manager. Work hours may vary as needs arise. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sweep and mop dining room, pantry, and kitchen floors per sanitation schedule. Wash pots, pans and other cooking utensils. Operate automatic dishwashing machine. Maintain sanitation of kitchen equipment per sanitation schedule. Clear, wash and set up tables after each meal. Clean and fill all condiments, cereals, etc. after each meal. Work serving line in dining rooms. Maintain salad/deli bar and beverage machines in dining rooms. Comply with standard kitchen/food safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations. Assist with the receiving of supply orders. Assist in the Staff Dining Room. Performs related work as required.
