I drive autonomy of suppliers and improve our Supply collaboration I answer to sport needs by preparing my season with RS/CPM/Suppliers (S&OP and Supply Methods) and decide on collaboration agreements I pilot production planning by managing the capacity (on the tool and on the field) and I increase the elasticity of my perimeter through a strong collaboration with my supplier I manage referencing by creating and maintaining the catalogue structure and my products' data I manage orders by checking it's feasibility and giving visibility to my customers I optimize the level of my components stock to answer the needs of my customers and avoid overstock. I optimize production stock and detect supply risks in advance to implement immediate action plans I master the cost breakdown and propose solutions to reduce supply costs I master the leadtime breakdown and manage my suppliers to reduce it I optimize value chain (Continuous improvement) I lead toward OPEX I create problem thinking culture Prod.com Highway SNC LINK CAPE SAC AFO
