About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE We're a well-funded MLOps and agentic AI platform company — backed by prominent investors and with a proven, Kubernetes-native infrastructure stack deployed at enterprise scale. We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help us scale our product from robust backend orchestration to intuitive, high-performance frontend interfaces. You'll work across the entire stack to build, visualize, and iterate on predictive simulations that power decision-making for product teams. This is a central, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of ML infrastructure, data visualization, and product UX — and you'll have real ownership from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and maintain features across our core web platform, end-to-end from database to UI. - Develop tools to visualize agent behavior, including heatmaps, flow maps, and persona-level insights. - Collaborate closely with ML and infrastructure teams to integrate LLM-driven agents, model outputs, and user simulations into the product. - Own internal tools and dashboards for analyzing agent performance, debugging simulations, and tracking cluster behavior. - Help shape UX for features like task authoring, experiment comparisons, and adaptive UI recommendations. - Ship weekly, iterate on feedback, and help define engineering best practices as the product scales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-haves: - 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience delivering applications across backend services and frontend UI. - Strong proficiency in Python. - Experience building scalable distributed systems and orchestration logic. - Hands-on experience working with LLMs, and familiarity with tooling such as Langfuse, LangChain, or similar frameworks. - Strong CS fundamentals with the ability to own features end-to-end. Nice to have: - Experience designing and implementing data visualization dashboards for product or analytics teams. - Background in AI, behavioral modeling, or cognitive science concepts relevant to simulation engines. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD per year - Competitive equity package - Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. You'll be expected to work from the office on a regular basis alongside a collaborative, fast-moving team.
