HCM Functional Lead, Global IT

Lead end-to-end HR functional design for global HCM transformation, covering hire-to-retire processes including Core HR, Payroll, Time Attendance, Talent, Learning (LMS), Employee Experience, workforce management, planning, etc Define global HR operating model and standardized end-to-end processes (hire-to-retire) Drive fit-gap analysis, solution blueprint, and functional specifications Ensure integration with Finance, payroll vendors, and regional compliance requirements Govern data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and business readiness Provide functional leadership during implementation and post-go-live optimization Define and leverage AI / Agentic AI capabilities to streamline HR processes, improve automation, and deliver scalable, high-value business use cases. Act as a strategic business partner to HR, translating business requirements into HCM/ERP solutions that effectively enable and standardize end-to-end HR processes Run knowledge-transfer and training sessions to drive adoption; communicate changes and collect feedback for continuous improvement
