INTERIM ADMISSION COORDINATOR

Windsor has been part of the community since 1975, providing families with skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The Interim Admission Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing the resident/patient admission process including preadmission clinical assessment screening and coordination, insurance/financial verifications and overall coordination of the admission process.
