Sr Real Estate Manager

As a Senior Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with existing franchisees, new licensees, developers, brokers and property owners to generate deals for new Goddard Schools. Your primary responsibility will be to support franchisees in identifying new, freestanding, conversion and retrofit locations and lead each deal through various internal approvals and contractual negotiations. This position will have sole responsibility for all real estate activity in a designated region and will require you to balance both short and long-term growth initiatives through market research, network optimization and strong collaboration with all stakeholders.
