Summary: The Production Operator in Casting performs tasks related to the casting of aluminum such as preparing the casting area for production, beginning and maintaining the cast, collecting samples, and aiding other departments as needed. This role requires individuals to work around molten aluminum with all appropriate PPE. The Production Operator in Finishing performs tasks to prepare product for shipping to customer. You will learn to safely operate homogenizing furnaces/cooling chamber, to use band saw, lathes, and other equipment in the finishing area.
