Training Lead - Plant D

Leads and supervises a team of instructors to deliver technical training programs that improve manufacturing performance, workforce capability, and operational efficiency. Ensures consistent execution of training aligned to business priorities, standardized work, and operational KPIs. Supports the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, quality, and compliance training programs to reduce variation, improve process adherence, and enhance first-time quality. Drives training execution that enables workforce readiness for production demands, new product introductions, and process changes. Executes structured training programs that reinforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while promoting a proactive safety culture. Tracks training effectiveness, maintains training systems, and supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned to Operational Excellence objectives.
