Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Intern)

Support restructuring of CAD assemblies to clearly separate base product features from customer-specific interfaces. Assist in generating manufacturing-ready BOMs for the Max300 and other product variants. Produce clear GA drawings for MAX range of BESS Participate in design reviews to identify part duplication and opportunities for consolidation. Create a fastener library with standard part numbers based on Allye’s conventions. Help prepare drawing packs for suppliers, including manufacturing notes and tolerances. Track part releases, revisions, and on-time delivery in collaboration with procurement. Support quality checks by updating drawings based on supplier feedback. Must-haves Masters graduate in mechanical, motorsport or automotive engineering Hands-on experience from working in Formula student or similar Excellent CAD skills (OnShape and/or SolidWorks preferred). Experience working with electrical and mechanical components Ability to work proactively with minimal support using a logical approach in an environment with minimal documented processes Must be self-motivated and an effective team player Eligible to work in the UK. Nice-to-haves A basic understanding of High Voltage vehicle systems and safety. Practical project experience involving soldering, fabrication, harnessing...
