TELLER

JOB SUMMARY : This position is responsible for handling a variety of teller tasks. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Handles a variety of duties for customers including paying and receiving monies, negotiable instruments, posting transactions, accepting payments, and verifying funds. Balances cash drawer and ensures accuracy of count. Handles routine customer inquiries. Ensures customer satisfaction and reports any concerns to supervisor. Keeps accurate records of all transactions. Handles more difficult transactions and provides assistance to less experienced tellers. Demonstrates knowledge and expertise of basic teller functions and supports the Companys overall mission, standards, policies and procedures, and confidentiality guidelines ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs other duties as required.
