The Black Cultural Zone CDC (BCZ) is seeking a Coordinator, Recruitment to manage full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding coordination, and orientation facilitation for our growing team. This role is essential to building the people infrastructure that powers BCZ's community impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communications for all open positions. Coordinate High-Volume Staffing: Support recruitment for seasonal, temporary, and high-volume staffing needs across BCZ programs and events. Facilitate Onboarding: Manage all post-offer onboarding logistics including new hire documentation, system access setup, and first-day coordination. Facilitate Orientation: Design and facilitate new team member orientation sessions that introduce BCZ's mission, values, culture, and operational systems. Maintain HRIS Records: Ensure accurate and timely entry of candidate and new hire data into the HRIS; maintain organized recruitment files and records. Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. Support Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with applicable labor laws, EEO requirements, and BCZ policies. Collaborate with HR Team: Partner with the Manager, Human Resources and Coordinator, Human Resources to ensure seamless handoff from recruitment to onboarding and payroll.
