Clarity of speech, voice control, and effective communication are essential for engaging with the audience and creating a memorable experience. • Must be adept at using speech and communication techniques to craft a relaxing, cozy, and romantic ambiance that resonates with the audience. • Maintain professional attire during performances, showcasing personal individuality while adhering to management guidelines. • Responsible for setting up the stage before performances and clearing equipment afterward to ensure smooth operations. • Foster positive relationships with guests, service staff, and supervisors to support a collaborative and welcoming environment. • Be willing to perform at staff-related activities or functions as needed. Must be updated on the latest song for the following genres: pop, smooth jazz, new age, chill-out, dance, and disco. Must be able to use professional music instruments and equipment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible in working hours. Immaculate grooming and personal presentation Articulate communication skills and an understanding of luxury guest expectations. self-motivated and enjoy working autonomously. Friendly and engaging. Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
