The focus of this role will be build a Derivatives Trading System from the ground up. This will be done utilising Java, unix and distributed caching. This would suit a Senior Developer that has prior experience building a derivatives trading systems from scratch! The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Core Java server-side development skills in Financial Markets Solid Unix skills Proven understanding of distributed caching and caching technologies (Gemfire and/or Coherence preferred) Proven system design and architecture skills for trading systems Strong analytical skills
