Vocational Support Specialist

The Vocational Support Specialist will provide direct supports to help people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities identify and achieve their competitive integrated employment-related goals. Supports are provided both on-site and in the community, with an emphasis on community-based learning and volunteering. This may include working with the individual and area businesses to find an appropriate paid job match while exploring both traditional and customized employment options. This position will also provide job coaching support once a paid placement is found.
