What You Will Do We pride ourselves on the customer experience. As a store associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our visitors enjoy their time with us. With a clean store, stocked shelves, and first-rate customer service, you will be responsible for making sure we continually put our best foot forward. Welcome customers with a friendly smile, open attitude, and a desire to help Take pride in having a clean store by maintaining the bathrooms, sweeping and mopping, cleaning all surface areas, removing trash both inside and outside the store, wiping down the gas pumps and other general cleaning tasks Keep the shelves full by restocking items quickly and efficiently Ensure a smooth check out process through use of the cash register Suggestive selling and engagement with customers Utilize non-customer facing time to execute other assigned tasks Cross trained and utilized as backup to all general tasks in the store Uphold all company safety and quality guidelines Who Are We? Bones (formally known as Bowens), an important part of the Gott Company, is a historic grocery, deli, and gas station that has served the communities of Southern Maryland for over 90 years.
