Plant Supervisor

Supervise daily operations including setting and meeting production goals within the designated department. Oversee department staffing, training and discipline of employees. Manage quality control of all products sent out daily. Review maintenance and inspection protocols for equipment within the department and communicate accordingly with the maintenance team. Communicate daily with Plant Manager.
