Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Position Summary: Tasks given by Team Leader daily, ensure that your responsibilities are completed in a Safe Manner, while ensuring Quality of product and Efficiencies are exceeded. Primary Position Responsibilities: Ensure 5's Activities are being implemented and monitored Safe work environment is always first priority make sure everything you are doing is safe and if you believe something is not safe please inform Balance safety, quality, morale, and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas. Ensure that quality finished goods are being built and that they meet the customer’s quality specifications in a safe and efficient manner. Team members must follow established policies and procedures. Assist in the problem solving and continuous improvement processes. Be constructive in feedback and instructions. Communicate and work effectively with direct reports, peers, and management. Making sure all process sheets are filled out daily: Start up checklist, In-Process Inspection Sheets, Feeder Logs Work Stations are cleaned before your shift is over
