Loan Servicer

The Commercial Loan Servicer is responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of a portfolio of commercial loan accounts. This role ensures accurate loan setup, payment processing, and ongoing servicing in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and loan agreements. The Commercial Loan Servicer partners closely with Client Managers, Portfolio Management, and other internal stakeholders to support loan closings, handle client inquiries, and resolve servicing issues. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of commercial lending products, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service.
