Lead Essential Workplace Operations
SPS Global is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to oversee daily mailroom, office services, and records operations across one or multiple client sites. In this role, you'll lead onsite teams, support clients, and help ensure workplace services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do
Mail, Office Services & Records Operations
- Oversee daily mailroom, office services, and records operations
- Ensure mail, shipping, records, and workplace requests are completed accurately and on time
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and operational support
- Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate special projects and maintain a safe, organized workplace
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support onsite team members
- Schedule staff to maintain daily coverage
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
- Crosstrain team members to improve operational flexibility
Client & Business Operations
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction
- Prepare operational reports and oversee payroll, billing, budgets, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client procedures
What You Have
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience in mailroom, office services, records management, or workplace operations
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience managing daily operations, KPIs, and service delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. using a wheeled cart
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
Travel: May require local travel between assigned client sites.
