Orthodontic Assistant

You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Love working with people and helping them feel comfortable and confident Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Are highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Learn new skills quickly and enjoy taking on new challenges Enjoy solving problems and staying busy throughout the day Bring positive energy, professionalism, and a great attitude to work every day Take pride in providing outstanding patient care and customer service What You'll Do: Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures Take impressions and Invisalign scans Perform orthodontic adjustments as permitted by training and state regulations Take digital X-rays (certification preferred but not required) Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Educate and support patients throughout their orthodontic treatment journey Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient flow Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Orthodontic assisting experience preferred Dental assisting experience strongly considered X-ray certification preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical setting Schedule: Monday through Thursday Work primarily from our North Stafford office, with approximately five scheduled days each month in our Arlington office Occasional Fridays for training, meetings, or certifications How to Apply: Please include a brief paragraph telling us why you believe you would be a great fit for this role.
