Traffic Net Network Support Officer

The TrafficNet Network Support Officer provides a key support service that helps maintain the operation of the Traffic Management Centre and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) in support and/or achievement of the sections objectives. The TrafficNet Network Support Officer is responsible for providing technical support, systems administration, fault finding / trouble shooting and technical advice in the areas of computer networks and server / client systems. The role is expected to play a proactive part in all ITS pillars including managing asset control, information technology security, change management, incident reporting, network availability, and server capacity monitoring.
