M365 Architect / MCSE position

To develop and maintain Global Modern Workstation and deployment service, Global printer services, Endpoint Asset Management, and for IT end user communications. Develops solutions architecture for IT Modern Workplace product / service specialty areas, such as for enterprise desktop and printing services, M365 collaboration suit, Teams based video conferencing as well as MS Azure based services including cyber-security related aspects. Deploy 3 to 5 years strategy for the IT Modern Workplace service specialty areas and build a roadmap to ensure life cycle management and renewed regularly thus ensuring IT infrastructure health is sustained. Supports IT solution construction, implementation and system integration in Modern Workplace; and acts as a project manager in the initial stages of the project management process, from ideation stage until end of feasibility stage Plays an important role in the support structure as part of the escalation process, delivering product / service-related expertise.
