We are actively seeking a Prepper-Polisher in our Paint Department, reporting to the Manager of Paint Operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Eligible for overtime. Able to understand manufacture mixing instructions Understand the parts and functions of a spray gun Use of gravity feed spray gun Color match and blend when required Repair (minor) dents Spray polyurethane basecoat/pearls Use of pressure feed gun with 2 quart pressure pot Able to properly setup 2 quart pressure pot for spraying Setup fluid delivery, check paint temp, proper spraying technique Available for both 1st and 2nd shift. 2nd shift has 8% shift differential additional to the base pay rate.
