Proven track record on improving safety in Fabrication & Assembly Having expertise in identifying potential risk, Job safety analysis (HIRA) and implementing preventive actions Strong & Dynamic person to implement behavior-based safety movement Achieve TRIR & LTIR to the bench mark standards Defining & implementing critical policies such as Work at height, Lifting, Electrical, Welding, LOTO, Contractors Management & Incident management Spearheading safety initiatives to the Associate Heads, Supervisors and Operators and implementing it.
