Responsibilities include moving around properly and in an organized manner to collect coffee samples, collect and deliver DHL files, and follow up and load coffees attentively and properly. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Collect pre-shipment samples and Shipment samples from exporters WH and follow up on the loading of coffee following the proper procedures. Prepare Stuffing reports and share to the relevant team in Addis. Prepare/Updating Loading report. Collect and deliver messages, letters, and packages in and around Addis Ababa Make d/t payments to business providers (Government or Private companies) Inform your colleagues and supervisor of any issue that you come across within the normal performance of your duties Perform any other tasks requested by your supervisor Qualifications & Experience Fresh graduate with Logistics and transportation and other related fields- BA Degree Who has a motor bicycle License Additional Certificates are a plus Competences Excellent communication skills Self-sufficient and self-motivated Working independently and proactively. Basic computer knowledge. Team player Organization skills Keen to details and observant Languages Excellent knowledge of Amharic Good Writing and Verbal skills of English is a plus
