Process Engineer

Qualifications Good knowledge of technical drawing, knowledge of ISO TS 16949. Knowledge/experience with: FMEA, Control Plan, Ishikawa, QRQC, Pareto Analysis, 8D Report, SPC/MSA. Minimum 3 years of related experience. Knowledge of English at conversational level. Ability to work proactively. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a well-organized and structured system. Responsibilities Develop statistical analyses of production processes. Analyze interactions between the product and the equipment. Identify opportunities for performance improvement. Ensure the implementation and verification of work plans. Carry out necessary optimizations of processes and work methods to improve operational performance and workstation ergonomics. Support the Launch team during the start-up of new products. Participate in the A3 problem-solving process. Implement the agreed-upon solutions.
