Our commitments to diversity and inclusion are set out at the end of this job description. The Role Evident is hiring Junior Analysts to join our Graduate Program. This Program offers outstanding graduates the opportunity to launch their careers in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment at the forefront of AI adoption in financial services. From day one, you’ll gain exposure to the opportunities and challenges that AI presents to some of the world’s largest and most influential financial institutions. As part of the Program, you’ll develop a strong understanding of how AI is shaping business strategy, operating models, and competitive advantage across the banking sector. Working alongside experienced analysts and industry experts, you’ll build the analytical, research, and communication skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry. You’ll also play an active role in producing the analytics and insights that underpin our research, thought leadership, and strategic guidance for clients. Your work will contribute to the globally recognised Evident AI Index, helping to inform how leading financial institutions measure, benchmark, and accelerate their AI capabilities. Core Skills: 2026 graduate or 0-2 years experience working in research, policy and/or consulting Experience with desktop / qualitative research Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills Proactive, with an eagerness to take on ownership without being asked Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills An interest in technology, digitalisation and/or AI (either professional or personal). Experience in research design - asking insightful questions, formulating hypotheses and conducting rigorous research (e.g. academic research, think tank research, strategy consulting, equity research). Please note: You must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship Nice to have Previous experience with desktop research within AI or Financial Services Experience using analytics software such as Google Sheets, Tableau or other BI tools Experience working on long-term research projects Experience writing content or insights on AI or Financial Services If you do not fulfil all requirements in the job description, we encourage you to submit your application nonetheless.
