Working collaboratively with physicians, nursing colleagues, social workers, chaplains, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, you'll: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered hospice nursing care Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations Administer medications and treatments while managing pain and symptoms Respond promptly to changes in patient condition Educate and support patients and their families Document care accurately in the electronic medical record Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life throughout every shift
