Shop Manager Role Responsibilities: Customer Consultations : Conduct skin consultations and recommend products tailored to customers' skin needs. Customer Education : Educate customers about product ingredients, benefits, and usage. Sales Promotion : Boost sales through cross-selling and upselling, and promote products. Customer Relationship Management : Manage customer care, CRM, and maintain and send routine records to customers. Inventory Management : Manage product inventory. Visual Merchandising: Arrange stand layouts and product displays. Sales Reporting : Provide daily reports on sales and customer insights. Marketing Support : Support marketing campaigns, influencers and initiatives with on-the-ground feedback. Content Creation : Develop in-store content. Role Requirements: Interest: Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty Language Skills: Fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
