The Kenosha YMCA is looking for an enthusiastic School Age Site Director to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive before and after school. As a School Age Site Director, you'll lead daily program operations, mentor staff, build strong relationships with families, and ensure high-quality programming that meets YMCA standards and Wisconsin licensing requirements. Every day is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of youth. What You'll Do Lead the daily operation of a licensed school-age program serving children ages 5–12. Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where every child feels supported. Supervise, coach, schedule, and develop site staff to ensure a high-quality program. Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and healthy development. Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and the community. Manage program administration, including attendance, documentation, incident reports, and emergency procedures. Support program enrollment, family engagement, staff meetings, and ongoing training.
