Associate Judge - Seasonal

- Responsible for fostering a fun environment - Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers - Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events - interprets/ enforces the Ohio State Racing Commission administrative rules - Makes Decisions to insure the integrity of Pari-mutuel racing/wagering - Along with the Presiding Judge has authority over all horses and all persons, licensed, on association grounds during a race meeting as to all matters related to racing - Along with the Presiding Judge reviews alleged racing violations; issues rulings after hearing testimony and may levy fines/suspensions and/or make recommendations to the Ohio State Racing Commission for further action - Advises track management....
