Your role We, at Khatabook , are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience and exposure in managing recruitment agencies to drive pipeline numbers leading to hiring great employees . What would you do at Khatabook Implement an overall recruiting strategy for our Finserv vertical Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for open positions. Engage with recruiting vendors and onboard the ones that are most suitable for filling the open role that we have. Share the open positions with onboarded recruiting partners and drive pipeline numbers for open positions. Screen candidates' resumes shared by the recruiting partners/agencies. Shared the screened candidates for interviews. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work". What are we looking for Experience of 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Experience working with recruiting partners/agencies and managing them. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills. BS/MS in Human Resources Management (good to have). About Khatabook We exist to empower India’s 60 Million strong MSMEs.
