CARE SUPERVISOR/ UNIT SUPERVISOR - RJMCC

The primary focus of the position of the Unit Supervisor is to provide and ensure quality care for 8-12 youth who have Intellectual and Developmentally Disabilities: consistent with OCFS regulations and Agency policy and procedure. Provide supervision for Direct Care Staff and oversight of day-to-day functions within his or her unit by maintaining an active presence on the floor of his/her unit/cottage.
