What You Bring: • Master’s (required), PhD (preferred) in a related field. • BCBA required • 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting. • Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving. • Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.
