DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcomes each party to the dining room and explains the many food and beverage amenities available to the guests. Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the dining room as may be required to ensure maximum levels of guest service. Handles decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service matters in accordance with skill levels. Ensures appearance of assigned station or service areas are maintained in a clean and functional manner. Follows all dining room operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures. Notifies appropriate staff members when assistance is needed. Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
