ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director, Talent Programs is a strategic program management leader responsible for delivering and continuously improving high-impact talent and employee programs across Zeta Global. This role will lead complex, cross-functional work across performance management, engagement surveys, global talent programs, and recruiting projects.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development & Experience, this role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, People Operations, and business leaders to create a seamless experience from candidate acceptance through onboarding, development, engagement, and ongoing employee milestones.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York City headquarters. Team members work from our NYC office Tuesday through Thursday each week, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Director, Talent Development & Experience to execute Zeta’s global talent strategy across the employee lifecycle, such as recruiting projects, performance management, engagement surveys, and ad hoc projects.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, governance structures, timelines, communications, and measurable outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Lead the day-to-day planning and operational execution of global talent programs, including performance management and engagement-survey cycles, from project planning through reporting, action planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Build scalable program operations through standardized processes, annual planning rhythms, project-management practices, and clear ownership across global initiatives.
