FACILITIES TEAM LEADER

We are looking for a maintenance and facilities team leader for one of our renowned clients Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans, while meeting company’s standards and ensure safety culture is followed. Plan and prepare the materials and tools needed for inspections from internal and external stakeholders. Ensure inspection processes follow applicable technical standards and regulations, with ongoing compliance monitoring. Identify maintenance program risks, assess their severity, and recommend mitigation actions. Lead maintenance programs, practices, processes, and tools. Position Requirements Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering highly preferred. Related experience while holding a similar role or performing similar tasks is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is required. Must possess proven experience in managing and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Possessing supervisory experience is a plus. Possess experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
