Dean of Online and Digital Learning

Position Summary: The Dean of Online and Digital Learning will provide leadership for instructional quality in and assessment of online undergraduate and graduate courses. The Dean will collaborate with academic divisions to assess and enhance instruction and pedagogy in online courses and programs, oversee the virtual learning environment, lead the online advising and support team, provide engaging student development and experience initiatives, and work with the Provost to develop and implement a comprehensive faculty development program to support online student enrollment and retention. The Dean will engage in rigorous, data-informed planning to enhance the quality of all online learning experiences.
