Project Coordinator (SPIRE)

Role:-Project Coordinator (SPIRE) Location: - Bala Cynwyd, PA Duration: - 6+ Months (with a high possibility of extension) Job Responsibilities:- Create the Program Master Schedule that identifies milestones and high-level interdependencies for all of the Projects within the Program and establish links between Program and Project-level project plans to aid in tracking and reporting. Works with projects managers and/or program managers, team leads and stakeholders to ensure that schedule data is accurate. Present the baseline schedules for review and ensure schedule accuracy and adherence to Governance and Quality process and standards. Receive and review project manager progress reports and review for completeness and reasonableness. Create an integrated status report for delivery to Senior Management. Ensures resource assignments are accurate and agreed upon by resource managers. Take and publish minutes of Program Office meetings. Performs special projects and other duties as may be assigned.
