Manager, Field Services

HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Value Added Services Team as a Manager, Field Services. This is a challenging role in which you will collaborate with customers to gather project details, support refractory installation trials, and troubleshoot installation issues. You will also participate in Value Added Services, Marketing, and Sales meetings to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop new processes and performance metrics.
