Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to support one of our partners in delivering secure, resilient, and mission-critical capabilities across a complex environment. This project assists in the delivery of regional IT services to the end user offering support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. This position is eligible for a $10k Welcome Bonus to be paid out in increments of $5k after 90 days and $5k after a year!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT systems across Windows and Linux environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve incidents across client, server, storage, network, and mobile platforms
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution of IT-related issues
• Support day-to-day operations, including system configuration, patching, and maintenance of hardware and software components
• Manage and maintain system documentation, including SOPs, system guides, configurations, and ticketing/work logs
• Support helpdesk operations by tracking, documenting, and resolving user requests and system issues in a timely manner
• Assist users with system access, functionality, and troubleshooting to ensure effective use of IT resources
• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems in alignment with operational and mission requirements
