Director, Human Resources

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Human Resources based in India. This is a senior HR leadership opportunity responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy across India operations. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to business and executive leaders while also leading a dedicated HR function. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across talent, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. You will help build scalable HR practices that support organizational growth while ensuring alignment with global objectives. A major focus will be on Indian employment regulations, POSH compliance, workforce planning, and employee experience. You will also lead HR transformation initiatives, strengthen processes and systems, and develop a high-performing HR team. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who enjoys solving complex people challenges and turning strategy into measurable action.
