If asked to describe the culture at Metropolitan Family Services, we could do that in one word. COMMUNITY! Both our internal culture as well as through the services we provide, community is at the heart of all we do. We are looking for individuals who have a strong passion and desire to use their talents, education, and experience to enrich, support and improve the lives of young children in our communities!
